The Free Workflow Audit offered on this site costs nothing. No payment is collected, no card is requested, and no charge happens as a result of requesting one. Because there's no transaction on this page, there's nothing to refund.
If your audit leads to a custom First Responder engagement, that build is scoped and priced specifically to your workload, never a flat fee. Since every engagement is different, the refund and cancellation terms that apply to your specific build are set out in the custom proposal you receive, not on this page. Ask about this directly during your audit if it matters to your decision, we'd rather you know upfront than assume.
