This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this site or request a Free Workflow Audit for First Responder ("the Service," operated by Kaiflux). By using this site you agree to this policy.
This site does not use any advertising or ad-tracking pixel.
We do not sell your personal information.

If a Free Workflow Audit leads to a paid First Responder engagement, that engagement is scoped to your actual lead sources and workflow, and involves additional data (such as lead contact information flowing through your own First Responder system). The specific data handling for your build is documented separately in your custom proposal, since every engagement is scoped differently.
Consultation request data is retained only as long as needed to follow up with you. You can request deletion at any time, see Section 7.
Data is stored in our providers' infrastructure and access to it is limited to what's needed to operate this site and follow up on requests. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@kaiflux.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.
This site is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
